Do my employees need to install an app?
Employees use the Kiruko mobile app for clock-in, payslips, leave, tasks and more. For shared spaces, you can also run a kiosk on one device so a whole team clocks in and out from it — no personal phone required.
How does overtime get calculated?
A built-in statutory overtime engine applies the right rules — weekly thresholds, rest-day and public-holiday premiums — instead of a flat guess. Overtime is confirmed by the employer before it's paid, so payslips stay accurate and fair.
Can one person be both an employer and an employee?
Yes. Owners, admins and managers who are also part of the team can switch between the employer dashboard and the employee view from a single login — pick which side to enter when you sign in.
Which languages are supported?
The app ships in English, French and Malagasy — so each person works in the language they're most comfortable with.
Is our data secure?
Access is role-based and configurable per company, sign-in uses trusted-device binding, and sensitive actions are written to an append-only audit trail. Worker reports route through a confidential channel by design.
